Honduras is slightly smaller than Nicaragua with 8.2 million people populating the country.  97% claim some form of Catholicism which is often layered with Mysticism and voodoo.  Honduras is primarily mountainous and the per capita income is $4400 and there is an incredibly high crime rate.  Almost 40% GNP is agricultural.  They have more cell phones than they do people!  9.5 million cell phones are registered to Hondurans.

ZMI Family Ministries International’s presence:  Fanny Lopez is the national director and she has taken the Living in a Zoo Bible study throughout the country.  Fanny began Bible study groups as soon as she finished taking the study herself.  The country was ablaze with Zoo groups  before Brenda even realized what was happening!
